- No exchanges or credits will be made without
an authorization number issued by De Vine Miniatures. Returned
merchandise will be exchanged for an item of equal or greater
value only, or a store credit will be given. The customer is
responsible for freight costs unless the reason for the exchange
is the result of an error made by De Vine Miniatures. To request

authorizations must be requested within seven days of receiving
